Just wanted to throw a shout out to Madison T. She really went above and beyond to make sure I left the store a happy customer. I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a personalized, helpful retail shopping experience. Thanks again Madison, I'll no doubt be back for some new summer purchases!
Staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Luis went the extra mile to help me find something I was looking for and even pulled stuff off of mannequins for me.nnIt’s always freezing in here though.. not sure if this is some ploy to convince people to buy more winter wear but its always a good idea to bring a coat with you before shopping here
I enjoy the customer service and their attention to detail. Some of the employees remember my name as well even though it's months in between visits to the store. Overall enjoy the atmosphere and the style of clothing.
Giving a 2 star rating because I love the clothes, but can’t stand the shopping experience. I can easily spend hundreds of dollars on clothes without being followed and hearing their default “what size would you like?” at every pair of jeans I walk past. This used to be my favorite store back in the early 2000’s but they just got too aggressive with their sales tactics, makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. I have resorted to just shopping/browsing their online store.
