Lost my order and could not get it when I was there to pick it up even after I clearly told them that I would be there on 24th to pick it up. I understand they are busy but that still does not justify them losing my order. This particular location is 40 minutes away from where I am staying. Had to drive 40 minutes to hear they lost my orders. Worst Hollister experience ever!! Never coming back to this location ever again!
The only clothing store that has my youngest daughter size. She is 19 but wares a size 00, finding clothes that fits her beside European brands remains a headache. Luckily their fabrications are made in China so the size fits her.
My daughter was looking for jeans riddled with holes and wanted to go into Hollister. I had never been to one before so we checked it out. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be, if you factor in the sales prices. They had plenty of sizes in all of the latest popular styles and the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. She found two pairs to buy with her Christmas money and we walked out happy customers.
They won't let you in even though they store hour says they are open until 7pm. They keep you waiting in line for 15 min then they tell you that sorry they can't accommodate you because the store is closing soon which is in 20 minutes which you were already there for more 14 minutes waiting already and several customer already went out. They literally could've let you in but apparently the person who's in front is not paying attention to her job.
I love Hollister I will always find something there that I cant find elsewhere.
