I'm very particular about my shoes and this is one of the few shoe stores I'll set foot into. I've learned not to go cheap on shoes or you'll start having other health issues.
I buy all my shoes there.
The most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. The staff was super helpful. The young man that waited on us the past few times was very knowledgeable. It a refreshing change to go into a store especially at a mall and be treated respectfully and not have employees act like the customer is a big bother. I will go there again.
The gentleman working was so helpful and provided good info. Me and my daughter bought 2 pair each. Love this store. Their shoe brands are so good if you stand on your feet a lot.
Every encounter I've had with a person that works here has been positive. No one trying to push a sale but they've always been patient with me trying to decide on which pair of footwear I want. The store carries a good selection of specialized footwear and you get a discount if you work for KP. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't always have size 5.5 or 6 in stock.
