Only one out of the 4 workers there actually helped us. She was very helpful and helped us out quickly! But, when we went to check out, one of the other girls helped us but my God, there was so much attitude from her. She was mad rude and when I went back to return something that we didn't, again, just so much attitude, very demeaning to the customer.
This store is located in the lower level of Ingram Mall. Good selection, and slightly disorganized, but the staff is truly impressive. I walked in with a request that could easily be described as annoying, but every member of the crew on duty was nothing short of friendly and helpful.
Was looking for a boot the were advertising. But they said online only. It was going to have to be ordered then delivered. I had an unexpected function and needed to walk out with something. Unfortunately, I didn't. Staff was great. Not everyone shops online (especially being a victim of CC fraud) and it's sad we don't get equal stock to choose from.
I went to look at Timberlands. My Representative was extremely helpful giving me her undivided attention.
These guys are really helpful and very friendly,they have a great crew at Ingram!
