Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Cant get change for a hundred unless I have an account with them. Just because they need proof to show where the money going. Wth

I had a great banking experience- and I’m a demanding customer. Brenna handled any business with expertise, professionalism and kindness.

BANK OF AMERICA DOES NOT HONOR THEY'RE OWN CHECKS- THEY WILL NOT CASH LARGE SUMS OF CASH, EVEN WHEN DRAWN ON THEY'RE OWN BANK ACCOUNT HOLDERS AND WILL NOT EVEN VERIFY THE FUNDS.. TOLD ME TO GO TO MY OWN BANK , WHICH WAS CLOSED THAT DAY. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA IN RIO RANCHO NEW MEXICO OR ELSEWHERE !

Really nice staff but always really busy and only one person working. Whoever manages this place is awful. Currently waiting for 30 minutes and 4 people ahead of me ;) how fun. Again... tellers are super kind and helpful just management seems to be the problem. Seems to be equally stressful for the poor bank teller with an endless line, and the customer. Not like Bank of America is hurting so bad they can’t afford one more person

I’ve had plenty of helpful and friendly people at this location. Ramon claims to be the manager when I called today. I am searching for help for my grandmother who is being scammed and he transferred me to a never ending loop of automated customer service while I was still talking. I called back and asked for real help from a real person and he claimed he could not do that for me. He tried to transfer me again even though I told him I did not have the information to get through the automated system. He even threatened to the call the cops on me when I became frustrated at his lack of help. Ramon is the worst representative I have ever dealt with at Bank of America and should NOT be in a management position.
