My mother took a fall and broke her hip and ankle. Park West is where she was admitted to ER, had surgery and started physical therapy. We were especially impressed with a nurse named ROBIN & an intern that was shadowing her intently named MADELIN. Robin was just radiating with experience, knowledge and a perfect dash of loving humor to lighten the mood. She was so attentive and acted with a comforting confidence. No concern or question was too small or inconvenient. She didn't make my Mom feel like a burden for being in pain and listened with an open heart to her when she was hurting and at her most frustrated. She took her time to address every request or inquiry with careful attention. The intern Madelin hanging on every word with a delightful disposition and a refreshing eagerness to learn and take direction - She also had a naturally comforting presence. My mother and I were sad to see them go at the end of their shift. I'd imagine that nurse Robin is one in a million, with intern Madelin soon to follow. Thank you for shining such a comforting light on such a painful situation. ud83dudc95

I have always loved park west but here lately they haven’t been as through as they used to be. Also it’s sad you can’t go to the gift shop to get something unless you are having surgery or visiting someone. What if you need to get something simple like a drink they won’t even let you go to the cafeteria even though I was at the tower in the same parking lot. So technically I was a patient and they still wouldn’t allow me

I am so impressed with my ER experience. I came to the hospital in desperation for relief. They were super friendly and professional in the lobby, took me back quickly, and I felt better within 20 minutes of medical intervention. My nurse was Bonnie, she was amazing! She got my IV on the first try and that NEVER happens. Dr. Moody was my doctor, he was efficient, professional and extremely friendly! After a bag of fluids and some medicine I was feeling brand new. I appreciate all of the help from the staff and this will be the only hospital I visit from now on!

My father had a pacemaker put in and he received excellent care. The staff was amazing and were very friendly. They kept me informed throughout the day of his surgery. The nurses were excellent and took great care of him. Everyone from staff to volunteers were very professional.

Dr Moody and his nurse went out of their way to help me in a very painful situation. I couldn’t of asked for better treatment.
