MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Tukwila

The online information and intake were clear and very easy to navigate. The video visit was scheduled quickly and promptly attended by a wonderfully pleasant and thorough Dr Jane. I immediately loved her and feel she took great care of me, giving credence and value to my need. She was just so personable and kind. :). The staff at the clinic greeted me quickly; they were friendly and very efficient.

Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Problem solved. Very happy with care provided.

I don’t often (ever) need emergency care but sprained my ankle. I was in and out in less than an hour. The center was clean and inviting. Staff was 100% kind and caring. I was a little grumpy but the kindness overwhelmed me. Dr. Was fantastic. Even offered beverages. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. I felt like the nurse and the doctor both heard what my concerns were, and provided appropriate information packets for me, so I can reference it for monitoring. I liked that there was a text follow up as well.

I was able make my appointment online. Was able to check in from my car and the staff inside were very prompt and friendly.nDr. Marshall was extremely attentive and kind. Diagnosed my issue and I had prescriptions at my pharmacy by the time I got there.nVery happy to get in today since I couldn't see my PCP for 4 days. Thank you.
