We helped a dear friend navigate detox and inpatient treatment. Cascade was one of a handful of detox programs or hospitals that accepted medicare. The intake procedure was smooth and easy. Ivy our intake person was awesome. She made the whole experience. The detox experience for our friend was medically good and effective. He said the staff were not very compassionate or gracious but they were professional and mostly helpful. We do understand this is not easy work or an easy population to work with. We also gave a 3 star because the communication amongst the patient, counselor, staff and family could have been more immediate and effective since it was only a 4 day detox and coordination of the treatment transfer and aftercare is an important component.

WORST PLACE EVER IN THE HISTORY OF WORST PLACES!!! DO NOT COME HERE. I brought my family member of her own free will and they kept her for FIVE days. NO ONE has a clue what is going on. They CLEARLY DO NOT COMMUNICATE with each other. The front desk staff are SO RUDE. For $750 a day they will lock up your person with minimal attention. I could go on forever. DO NOT EVER EVER BRING ANYONE HERE!!!

Of you are in need of behavior health services, then I highly recommend coming to Cascade! The staff is amazing and so kind. The program is life changing! The SantoriWest method works and can be the first steps to recovering from your mental illness. I have felt welcomed and understood here. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

Unbelievably the worst place. It took me 12 days to finally meet with a counselor because they only had one. Even someone who was brought in after a serious suicide attempt didn't see a counselor for 11 days. Classes that were supposed to be given by the counselor were actually DVDs that we saw repeatedly. I don't smoke, but those who do were not allowed to smoke because everyone was on lockdown
