I really like the nurses and the PA at this urgent care. They have helped my daughter and me numerous times. But WHY in the COVID era did they ask me (healthy, no symptoms, visiting for injury not illness) to wait in a small, enclosed section of the waiting room in which there was a man repeatedly coughing, sniffling, and blowing his nose when the large area of the waiting room only had 2 people sitting adjacent to each other with at least 20 feet of linear space between them and other available seating areas? In fact, why was that man not isolated in some way? Why would they choose to put healthy person in close contact (less than 6 feet for more than 15 mins) with a symptomatic person when there was plenty of other space available? I waited in my car.
I love this facility! The staff is great & I the Doctors are the best. My regular Dr., Dr. Dong is the best. I've done in person and virtual Dr. Appointments during COVID-19 and both have been simple & easy, no waiting.
I just got a bill (last day of June) for back in March and they charged my insurance for a surgery. I have never had surgery. The day in question I went in to just check my vitals and my baby's heart rate. There is no reason for this charge. This is why I switched providers. Why are they still billing me from almost 4 months ago? I have no idea. And why are they billing me for a service I never recieved? That is beyond me.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.nAfter requesting medication refill on my anti depressants last week, I was told I’d have to wait until Monday for Dr. Dong to get in to approve and send over the request to my pharmacy....nI checked with CVS and nothing had been sent over.nI reached out to DR. DONG via my chart, and again asked for my prescription to be sent over, as I was now going through withdrawals. I voiced my frustration, as I was very ill from not taking the medication.nHer response was we sent it on the 16th( the day I called and was told I’d have to wait until Monday for her to get back in the office because she wasn’t there.)nAfter calling CVS for the third time, them explaining this is the 3rd request they’ve sent my Dr. to refill my prescription- they had no luck and there was nothing they could do until she sent it over, obviously.nCalling the office today to speak to a supervisor because clearly- my prescription was not sent over and Dr.Dong basically told me to kick rocks via my chart when she said she already sent it, and if I’m upset I could find a new provider.....nI have never been treated so poorly by a Dr, with absolutely no care for my frustration, me taking off work while throwing up, shaking, sweating.....Nothing.nThe receptionist then looked everything up for me when I called in and said oh, it looks like they sent it to a different pharmacy......nMind you- I’ve been going to this office for years now and have always used the same place....nSo, if my actual pharmacy is literally requesting a response for my prescription, wouldn’t you think they’d reply and say oh it’s actually at a totally different location, maybe apologize for the mistake??nNope, nothing.nnAfter talking to receptionist and asking her if I could just sign up for monthly refills to avoid contact with the Dr- she told me the Dr already pretty much took me off of her chart and there was nothing I could do now. Unbelievable!!!!!!nnI Do Not recommend this facility, or at least Dr.Dong what so ever.nnLooking for a new Dr. ASAP.
Went in for chest pain. They charged me over 7000.00 dollars because they believed i was having a heart attack HAHA. Im 30 years old who goes to the gym on a regular basis and has no history of heart attacks (me or my family). The chances of me having a heart attack is pretty much 0 (according to other doctors i talked to). But guess what, they never tell you the charge until 1 month after your visit hahaha. These people dont care about you, they just want your money. No way to dispute the charge either by the way so im on the hook to pay. The hospital staff were nice, a bit robotic though.
