The Doctors are amazing. The staff need some work.

Awful scheduling. Injured on the job? Go here TOMORROW?!!? Yes just to file a claim. Chances are there won't be an available Chiropractor by the time we finish the claim so you'll have to take another day off of work. Oh and the claim is only so you don't have any bills to pay us. Also every time I call they have terrible service. Oh and when I provide my ID number from the card given apparently I don't exist.

Wonderful doctor, horrible and unhelpful staff.

Drs are so new and selective, that they cancel procedures and appointments after waiting weeks, because of their ignorance and inability to perform. Read profiles, and most items they say they can do are lies. Every profile for picking Drs, each says how they love the team work at Kaiser. What I have learned from my years of navigating Kaiser, no one talks between physicians unless friends, and there is no team anywhere to be found, and is none existant, and not supported by their systems. They intentionally make it difficult to hide the inexperience of their physicians. This doesn't mean there aren't good Drs at Kaiser, just be prepared to fight and push to find them in the midst of bureaucratic bs and walls and hurdles you will have to navigate. It is a navigate at your risk, so beware!!! All extremely difficult for the disabled, and frankly a disservice to the outh they take as Drs. I am ashamed of Kaiser and Washington Health for forcing us to use their services that are broken at best.

I went in on Tuesday because my throat was blocked and couldn't eat or drink, and could barely talk. The doctor was nice at first, but didn't take my condition seriously. Because I didn't show signs of infection, like cough or runny nose, etc., She ruled it out as nothing. I tried to explain to her that I did think it was still an acute infection, but she talked over me and wouldn't listen and rushed me out the door. Then next following days it got worse and I almost went to the hospital. My brother took me to Care clinic at bartells drugs, and the doctor there was very thorough, listened to me, and prescribed me antibiotics and steroids, and I'm almost cured. I recommend the training program for Kaiser be more about listening to patients, especially when it is hard for them to talk, and less assumptions. Please don't look over these tiny signs of something hidden that can, and in my case did, get worse. Very important. If she was as sick as I was and was rushed, she would be feeling the same way as I. Thank you
