Act like they don't care about their job
The bill was accurate. The order was accurate. The staff was cordial and got the order correct because she double checked at the drive-thru twice for accuracy. This shows great training by management. Although the onion rings did not have much flavor, they were hot and fresh and the rest of my meal was delicious.
I had told my mother how excellent Cook Out was numerous times, so when we saw this location while making a road trip, we decided to drive through. I was utterly disappointed. The fries were soggy, the cole slaw had some funk-taste, the two napkins placed in the bag of the large order were grease-soaked, they got my sides and my mother's entree wrong, the food had a bad taste (like old grease or a cooking surface was unclean), and those working the window were not exactly friendly. I'll still eat Cook Out, but never at this location again. Ever.
I requested double fries as a side and received less than a single serving. Didn't notice until I had drove off.
Fast, accurate service. The people are so friendly and helpful, even when I’m confused about what I think I’m ordering ud83euddd0. This is the best drive thru in town, in my humble opinion. And the burgers are superb!
