Horrible experience. On a tight schedule so I chose shoes needed for my husband. Told him you simply need to find correct size a few days later. This will only take a minute. Seems easy. Wrong, two staff members can’t locate other shoe in back. We have already payed. No refund, system down. Standing 40 minutes. I convince him to go next size to make it work. Again tight schedule. Another 15 minutes to find that size. A gut feeling tells me to check in car. Yup, two different size shoes. Unbelievable! Guy has attitude when he brings them back in. Sternly says they are both size 10. Yes one is wide, other is not. Asks like we are difficult. Wow, disorganized mess. Oh and refund to our card will take 5-7 business days. Very disappointed.
