So I know where to go for a great hamburger.nWill have to come back again
The wings are very good and haven’t had any issues with any of their food. The reason I gave two stars is one of the waitresses that work there is so rude. When someone calls to place a to go order and the first thing you hear is “Wing Shack” in the most monotone voice it honestly sounds like she hates her job. I was then placed on hold by her saying “you going to have to give me a minute”. I’m not a picky person by no means and some people have their bad days but this has happened on multiple occasions. I walked in to get my to go order and didn’t know the door didn’t shut behind me and the same waitress yells shut the door at me. It’s not hard to be polite especially when you are the first person people talk to when they come in or when they call because it makes the business look bad. So I will not be going there anymore. If you want decent food with a basket of unhappiness and a side of rudeness then go for it but I’ll pass.
This is definitely a shack. Small bar and eat in area. Stopped by here to pick up chicken wings for a relative. The relative did enjoy the wings. They come traditional and boneless with a multitude of sauces to choose from. Try not to go to the bathroom. That's all I will say about that.
Burgers and wings are really good. Drinks are good. The place could use a good scrub down, and maybe a modernized bathroom. We keep coming back for the burgers and wings, seriously, VERY good!
I was going into this restaurant with high hopes. I have heard good things about it and thought why not give it a try. No one was there the welcome us when we came in or any sign to tell us what to do. So we assumed to grab the menu off the wall and seat ourselves. The waitress was very rude but got somewhat better as the night went on. Food took forever to come out and my wings were not good. I didn’t even eat all of one and I ate all my raw fries but they weren’t anything special. And to top it off the bill was far more expensive then what I was expecting. Will not be returning.
