TERRIBLE service from the front desk receptionist. I took my husband here as he was feeling very ill to not even get a single greeting, but rather a piss poor attitude and lack of friendliness. Can you teach your employees how to greet people and make them feel welcome?

There is a PA working here that has misdiagnosed me twice now. Had to go elsewhere each time therefore wasting my time and money. The last visit, I went in unable to ambulated on my left leg at all after a snow sledding mishap. They took an xray and then she came in and asked what happened. I was in tears and told her my knee was hurting super bad, it was visibly swollen and every time I tried to walk, my knee would kind of rotate and my leg would give out. She said the X-ray looked fine and then she felt on my knee THROUGH MY JEANS.. to tell me that it wasn’t presenting like any kind of tear, like ACL or MCL. She gave me nothing for pain. Had to wait until I could get into Tulsa Bone and Joint, delaying treatment...turns out my ACL was COMPLETELY torn and I had an impaction fracture that was clear to see when shown to me. I ended up needing surgery and a replacement ACL. Before that visit I went in with a sinus infection, which I commonly get and knew what it was. When she asked what brought me in today and I told her, she was like, what makes you think it’s a sinus infection...? Um, my lifelong experience with them.. so she taps on my sinuses and tells me that SHE doesn’t think that’s what it is, so she’s not going to give me an antibiotic for it. Needless to say I had to wait a day, delaying treatment, AGAIN, to get in contact with my ent and get an antibiotic. This woman either needs to go back to school to learn how to actually assess a patient in real life, or she is disgustingly unethical and only cares about making that money. Both times I received no real care from her or medication to help my REAL, LEGIT, DIAGNOSABLE conditions! However, I did receive her unbelievable bill for popping into my room for 5 seconds to give me her educated opinion. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. Horrible place to visit. Not organized at all. Never answers phone in first hour of opening

The receptionist was very kind and helpful as was the young man that checked us in. The PA didn't didn't seem interested in searching out the cause. Just wanted to get the visit over.I was seen on 5-21-2020. Have had several unusual symptoms and seeing my PCP tomorrow.
