Love this place. Super professional. The dentist is extremely good with kids. I’ll 100% be coming back. Hopefully they start accepting new patients in all aspects of the clinic. As of right now they’re only seeing patients pre covid.

I hate that I have to find a new primary caregiver for my children, Dr Kidwell was by far the best, outstanding, and phenomenal pediatrician. I called everyday for an entire week to make my 2 year old son a well child check up for his vaccinations and he had been having some diarrhea. Left voice mails, no one ever called back. The 3rd day I actually spoke with somebody and told her I just wanted to schedule an appt and I had already called twice. She took my name and phone number and said she would immediately take it to the scheduler to call me. Still no call. So the following Monday I go up there. I told the ladies at the desk who were screening and giving masks that I just needed to make an appointment. I could not believe that they still would not let me make an appt that would've probably been scheduled a month out. I explained to them that I had called for an entire week with no return phone call. She then tells me that they were only seeing urgent matters. I told her my son was having diarrhea but thankfully I'm a nurse and managed to keep him hydrated and it was about cleared up. But I still did not get a call back. The most frustrating thing about this clinic is that it is NEVER packed with patients, yet you always get a voicemail, no call backs, my kids been on the dentist list for 3 years. Thank goodness I just added them to my insurance policy and will get better and adequate care somewhere else. I hope Dr Kidwell reads this post. You were the best and I hate I had to take my kids elsewhere but you will always be upheld to the highest respect and I hate we had to lose you!!!

I've always had good experiences here. This is the only clinic i can seem to get dental work done and i can normally get scheduled within 1-2 months. They also deal well with walk-ins if you call early enough. I prefer this clinic over the other ones.
