Took over an hour to fill out the online application.nReceived an email Application denied.nI called they have no record of our application. I just put out SSN and DL numbers trusting Tinker Federal Credit Union with my personal information!!! They have no record!!nI wonder who has all our information!!nI wonder how it will be used?!nNow the girl on the phone says I must go in to an office. And she must make the appointment for me. Customers and potential can't contact the offices.

No one ever answers the phone!!! Friday I was on the phone for over 30 mins and no one ever answered. Today been on the phone for 25 mins and Counting. No answer yet

Love this place! Mom moved here from Michigan and they handled everything she needed and beyond even helped in handling when her house in MI sold!
