If I could give 0 stars I would I have been here a few times over the years and the service has progressively gotten worse!! Went there this evening and after standing at the door for 20 minutes and nobody came to even take our name to seat us finally went and found a manager he was extremely rude and told me it would be another 30 minutes before anyone would be over to take our name! There was several empty tables in the dining area!! The lack of leadership in this place makes the food not worth wasting your time going here!!
I have ordered at least 3 times, pickup or delivery in the last few months and have had an issue with the order every time! I ordered delivery from Buffalo Wild Wings today with half blue cheese and half ranch, it came with no blue cheese. They also didn't toss some of the boneless wings in sauce and gave a cup of sauce instead which I did not specify. Last time they forgot one flavor of wings completely and I had to wait for them to make it. If you want to order from them go INTO the store and make sure everything is correct including the dipping sauces because chances are you'll be disappointed if you don't!!
Food is good but service absolutely sux! This place is always short handed therefore leaving customers to wait for ever to order or receive food!! Get it together Management!!
Loooooong wait to be seated. Ordered right away so we wouldn't have issues but still had to wait for a long time. Felt bad for the people who worked there cause they're trying but they need more employees.
Was happy with the drink service... but my food was cold... ud83dude14
