Eric was professional and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond what I asked by being so responsive to my specific needs for onsite blind cleaning, repair, and installation. What a great guy and what an awesome service provided!

I had an excellent experience with On Site Blind Cleaning. He was able to come to my house quickly to repair my blinds. He quoted me exactly what he charged me. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using him again.

I asked if he repair blinds and he said yes, and he offered to come by and take a look at our blinds. I told him exactly what I needed done. He literally came by and told us just to go to a big box store and purchase new blinds. Then he charged me $25 for a service call. In a 5 email exchange he did not say that he charged a service call nor on his website he does not say a there is a service call. He said that it would cost more to fix blinds (some slates were broken and I needed new wands) than to purchase new ones. He is in the business of wasting people's time for $25!
