Sorry I didn't like it here. The doctor was making all of these false assumptions of my childs health, come to find out my child was perfectly fine. Don't say things you don't know of, like saying my child could have down syndrome and other non sense. Don't know what that was all about but I personally will not take my kids back there. I don't know her name but she wears jeans, glasses and has braces.

They don't deserve a full star. I DO NOT like this office. The Dr's were polite and gentle, but every time we had an appointment we were seen by a different Dr., and then would have to explain to the new Dr. what was done/discussed at the prior appointment. They don't get to know their patients and therefore, if a child is brought in with symptoms that are unusual for that child, the Dr.s don't know how unusual it is and won't/can't treat them for it. My daughter was seen on a Tuesday, they said it was just the season and to give her Tylenol for the temp. We came back in two days later, because the temperature wouldn't stay down, a different Dr. checked her and said she had a double ear infection. The Dr. at the first appointment never even looked into her ears. So my daughter was given Tylenol/Motrin every 4-6 hrs for two days with a 101-103 temperature, suffering, when the first Dr. could have done her job correctly and treated my daughter the first time we came in. The dark haired lady in the front office is extremely rude and hateful. I think her name is Alicia. For legal reasons I needed my daughter's medical records faxed from Next Generation Pediatrics. I just happen to work for the attorney in need of these records, so i called to request them. With a signed and dated Protected Health Information Release Form, I was told by the front office lady that one of the attorneys in the office had to give the reason for requesting this information in order to get it. I told her it was legal reasons, it does not matter, it is my child and I have signed the PHI Release authorizing access to her records and to please fax them over. I was then told, in order to get the medical records we need we will either have to pay for them or answer to why an attorney's office needs them. So could somebody answer a question for me......why are they so worried about an attorney getting medical records and information??? Because they know that they do not medically treat their patients correctly. They are worried for a good reason....

They have been taking great care of my wife this year through our high risk pregnancy. Absolutely amazing.

My best friend is podiatrist, and he tells me that this place is pretty good so I have to take his word for it since I know absolutely nothing about Podiatry. But if you've got foot problems and especially if you're diabetic, then you need to come in and see if a diet wrist and have him check out those feet after all, if you lose them, you won't have a leg to stand on.

We are in love with these ladies. They take outstand good care of our three boys. One which has some serious problems and they quickly take care of everything we need. Outstand good service and a great staff. Would not go anywhere else to take care of my kids.
