Very disappointing experience with opening account with BOK. After initially opening my account was told by the banker to call back and they would have paperwork for my wife at the drive thru. Well I called and left a voice message on Friday July 3. Didn’t get a return call till the next Wednesday which I missed. Tried calling back at least half dozen times with no answers orWay of leaving a message. Called their 800 # and was on hold at least 20 minutes but at least able to speak with someone.nThis is NOT the kind of service I would need from my bank!
I have nothing but wonderful comments for this location and Bank of Oklahoma overall. When my father passed away they were very helpful and explaining in detail what steps we needed to take to manage his accounts. They were very understanding and patient while we gathered the needed documents and have been able to help every time I have called them. Whether in person or over the phone I have appreciated their professionalism, understanding, and kindness.
