User experience at this bank has deteriorated to spending hours on the phone, a web application that is barely useable and customer service that is almost non existent. I'm an optimist and want to wait for them to grow into a better experience, but this last update may have helped the bank but it should be rolled back, it's terrible. I can't view my mortgage account, I see transactions that I can't interpret and I can't see my check images. But it's for my convenience, Right?

I’ve been banking at True sky/FAA for about 25 years!!!!! I have always loved this bank, until recently. Things have changed a lot and not for the better. They just updated everything and now I suddenly haven’t been able to get on my banking online in over a week. I don’t know anything about my accounts because I can’t get in and i’m starting to worry about it for many reasons. I have been hung up on 7 times so far in just the past two days. Every time I’m put on hold it’s for about an hour or more.... unless i’m hung up on again, then it’s 1 hour times 1, 2, 3 hours!?!?? When I go into this location everyone seems miserable and like the customers are annoying them... it’s just sad and they won’t be around much longer if things don’t turn around for the better.

the service and attention to customers has declined over the last few years and drastically over the last 6 months... cant communicate with anyone over the phone, excuses upon excuses. will be moving my money and my Business because this is what it is to a different financial institution. Want to use my money? then give quality service.

Run from this company. When I refinanced last year, we were approved right away. They were so behind that it took 6 months to close. 6 months!! We had to resubmit paperwork and have another inspection since it took them so long. I had to keep calling the day of closing to find the final dollar amount that I needed to bring to closing so I could get a cashiers check . I found out the amount 2 hrs prior. The closing company didn’t get our closing paperwork until one hour before closing appointment.nWe closed in October 2020. Went to file taxes this year, and found out they didn’t pay our 2020 property tax until Feb 2021. Customer service is horrible. They can never answer questions, and alway promise someone will get back with you. They never do.nThey have no website to make mortgage payment. I have to write out a check and drop it off at one of their locations. I have no idea how they can stay in business and keep opening branches. I wish they would sale my loan to another company.

I’ve been a 20 year member since this was FAA Credit Union. I will be looking for a new financial institution. They are understaffed and any issues required sitting in the lobby or on hold by phone for hours. The call center is a glorified operator that can’t resolve account issues.nThis used to be a family institution where everyone knew me by name... now it’s just another bank with too many branches. Do yourself a favor and move on down the road.
