Great bank, but my problem has never been the bank itself, it was the employee that was awful and rude. after months of dealing with such nasty service from this employee and a few calls I no longer have the issue. still a great bank.

This bank thinks they can hold a persons like my mother’s retirement and distribute it to her as they see fit ,I don’t remember them busting there’s rear to make that when I was growing up, Going as far as to ask her where she spent the last deposit she put into her checking ??? Wow ain’t your money ain’t none of your damn business where this or what this women does with her money !!! Mind you own business if she needs help she will ask!!!
