Great food and service was excellent on 9/9:2020 at 4:00 pm. That lady works to make sure you are taken care of even Covid Style. So thankful.

To the disgruntled bartender who got me a bag of ice begrudgingly and I thanked profusely and said I appreciated her...but she wouldn’t accept my appreciation, I do appreciate you! My infant who I was trying to keep breast milk cold for appreciates you too. I hope your day gets better as I know your shift was almost over. Try to make the world a better place by being kind. I know dealing with travelers can be difficult.

Patrick was our server. Initially things were ok. When our food came I realize my wings weren’t hot like I prefer them. I ate them anyways they were ok. Before we left my lady and I decide to order a shot of Hennessy and a shot of Grey Goose. Patrick recommends a double shot because it’s only $3 extra. $15 or a single and $18 for a double. We’re like absolutely we’ll take the double. When my shot came it looked like a single and I brought it to Patrick’s attention. He argued with me a paying customer saying it is definitely a double. I said if mines is a double why is my ladies shot looking more like a double vs mines. Again he argued, when I paid the bill I seen they only charged me for a single. Overall I shouldn’t have to argue with a server. He never apologized and after giving us our food he never checked on us again. Food wasn’t fresh and neither was his attitude. Bill came out to 80 bucks and I left a measly $5 dollar tip. I regret even leaving a tip.

I was exhausted and hungry so I found Ballard Brew Hall when I was lost in SeaTac. Delicious food and super friendly service. I had an awesome server who was friendly but not overbearing

Stopped in for quick drink. Not very busy, couldn't even get a glass of water in 10 minutes. Horrible service
