Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! Got 4 pairs of nice shoes for $200!
Love the shoes I got, but there were 3 adults and one child old enough to wear a mask yet none of them were. Despite multiple signs on the doors and throughout the store, no staff members said anything to the group about adhering to store policy and the safety of others. Even when interacting with these customers and checking them out, staff members did not say anything.
If you are white you will be ignored. I was in here on October 1st and was ignored by the 5 black employees. Watched the obese female employee offer help to the black family, and black man, on both sides of me then look at me say nothing and walked away. The black skinny young man did the same thing-offered help to blacks and walked passed me without saying a thing. I noticed the employees ignore other white customers and while texting, or doing something on their phones. They have employees post 5 stars without reviews here. So you know my wife joined me a few minutes after I arrived, they didn't know we were together. She experienced the same treatment in the woman's section, found me, told me, I agreed and we took our business elsewhere.
Great customer service. All of the staff were helpful and super nice!!
I had a great time in Rack Room picking out shoes for my girls and myself.
