My personal experience at key bank particular at this location was a customer service is poor and most of them are from same race and it looks as family owned business. It doesn't look like any other bank plus not a single different race or diversity in this bank???? I can't believe this in 21 century to see keybank not employing other race really Keybank????

Unfriendly, and more focused on policy than customer service. Not sure if it's this branch or Key in general, but they seem proud of refusing customer requests
Stay away. Scam bankers. Stoke my information and did fraud payment on a brand new account that only they knew was recently opened.
