Wells Fargo Bank

Despite what other reviews are saying, a coworker and I recently had a great experience at this branch. We had to make a large cash deposit and we did not call ahead (something we probably should have done). Betty and Janet helped us out big time and they were super nice to talk with. My boss was thinking about moving some company accounts to another bank, but my experience with Betty and Janet really sold him on Wells Fargo. Thanks gals, for your help!

If I could, I’d rate 0 stars. How can your drive through be closing? ALWAYS only 1-2 tellers, always a line with 3+ people waiting. All they can do is smile and say sorry. I now prefer to drive past this location, go out of my way, and and better and faster service and the other location. I understand being short staffed, I truly do. But you’re a global company, I’m sure you can foresee as yours tellers being transferred to other locations, you keep up with training. Poor management in staffing.

This bank has horrible customer service! The manager refused to help my dad cancel his lost debit card. She said she couldn’t do anything and suggested making an appointment 4 days later. What is so hard about canceling a lost card?!

I hate this location! Worst Wells Fargo I’ve been to. I’ve come here on multiple occasions and stood in long lines just to be told I need to sign in and have a seat!? There’s no signs about where to sign in or be seated. Only reason I didn’t give them 1 star is because when I finally was seated the lady was helpful and informative. They aren’t even that busy to be that slow! Seems like they’re understaffed.

We stop by 3 weeks ago asking to withdraw new 100’s bill the service manager promised will order and give us a call when new bills arrived. No phone call and I just call today they said no new 100’s bill, please keep your word if you said you will call and please don’t promise. I have account with Wells Fargo from 1987 that’s how I get treated will closed account after 32 years
