I was so impressed with a woman that worked there named Vianca. She just went above and beyond in a simple, but thoughtful way and checking out with her was most enjoyable. All of the staff I've interacted with have always been very friendly and efficient. Expansive selection of quality goods. I really like their fill your own kitty litter.
I have been visiting this Petco for several years now and have always had good customer service from the staff that work there. I often order online and pick it up at this store and my order has always been correct. The staff have offered to carry it out to my car when I've asked and have been very pleasant over the phone and in person. I highly recommend this particular Petco and Petco in general.
Very nice and friendly associates. One of my items weren't available after I placed by order so the order was processed without it (but it still included the sale discount/promo I used online so I was so relieved to see that). Store looked clean and organized. It was easy to order online and go to the front cash registers to pick it up. Appreciate their sale and pick up option!
Visited to have dog's nails done. They are pretty efficient and do a good job. Usually pretty quick too. The only downside is the online scheduling does not allow for just a nail trim so you have to call on. Wide variety of pet supplies as well. It was interesting to see the cookie bar, in these times of Covid, was all changed with individually wrapped treats versus the usual mix and match.
We went to Petco to get my daughter a bearded dragon. Haleigh was absolutely amazing! She took the time to help explain EVERYTHING that we would need and even told us pros and cons for each decision we made!! We were quickly helped and VERY swell educated. They were out of the lid we needed so she even called a different store and made sure they held it for us so we could go and grab it! Way to go Petco!
