Seattle Credit Union

I have been a customer of Seattle Credit Union for several years and I have been pleased over and over again and with incredibly attentive service, excellent banking policies, and most importantly the refreshing feeling of being treated like a human being. Everything about my experiences with Seattle Credit Union so far have the undertone of cooperation. They want to provide services that benefit both of us, not just them. Never once have I seen the crocodile smile that is so common from your average corporate bank employee. In particular Shayla B at the downtown branch has been great to work with on several occasions.

I love what they did with the place. Transaction is easy and simple. It is very different than your traditional bank, but way way better than my Wells Fargo....

Not very willing to work with hardship situational, online banking app has some real big issues, not very conveniently located.

I filed a dispute on a transaction made to my account two weeks ago and have not received a response yet. I then called the branch to speak to someone while waiting 35 min on hold. When finally answered they transfered me twice which lead to another half hour on hold. Then I was hung up on. Horrible customer service!!!!

I enjoy everytime I visit SMCU in southcenter. The employees are very friendly & very helpful!nI only wish it was closer to my home;n(south seattle/renton area)so I don't have to deal with south center traffic.
