Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I went in with my husband to make a wire transfer and we were sent to Kenia. She did a really good job explaining the process as well as finishing up what she did. She was also nice to talk to while waiting for things to process. We felt comfortable about what she was doing was accurate. We went in on Saturday and they were very busy since near by branches were closed on Saturdays and she took her time to make sure things were complete.

There is a teller at this bank she is all the way to left if you're waiting in line, who never wears her mask correctly. It needs to be over your nose too! She always has the mark hanging loose and not over her nose. She is putting all her co-workers and customers at risk. If she cannot wear her mask correctly she shouldn't be working right now. Also, we have to deposit our certified bank checks from our bank into our landlords account here. We have been doing this for 2.5 years and this month we deposited on 9/28 and our landlord messaged us that they don't see our deposit today 10/6. Very scary to have landlord think you didn't pay rent when you did.

2 hour wait to see a representative in this banknThe employees see you waiting in the lobby and leave to lunch. They prefer to reschedule you for an appointment than service your needs. I wonder if its because its in a poor area. I bet bank of America does not treat their bellevue, redmond and kirkland customers in this fashion.nVery sadnI will change banks

I was so disappointed. The staffs did not help me at all when I got the issue with my account. April she is the worst. I was tried to reach her to fix my account's issue, left her voice mail but she never call me back, always use excuse, and never call me back.
