This branch cant keep up with the updates, google will say its opening but when I got there thru traffic it was closed

Had a small, but complex, problem with fund transfer and subsequent overdraft issue. After a lengthy and frustrating call to corporate.. I was told to call my local branch.. I did as was foretold and Ashley was on the case.. she was absolutely perfect! Listened to all my misfortunes through erroneous miscalculations, addressed all questions and concerns with an upbeat beat attitude that was unstoppable. Correcting my wrongs with vigorous efficiency surpassed by none. And for that, I thank you. -e

I love my bank and all the employee's there are awesome and handle their job very well... I don't plan on changing banks anytime soon.
