Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I had a wonderful time with Khadija Ahmed while she opened a checking account for me. She was very helpful and explained everything to me clearly. She answered all my questions and even helped me set up mobile banking and showed me how to add a digital card on my phone! She really went above and beyond and I will always remember what a great experience I had.

Wonderful and friendly stuffs who knows what they are doing. I made an online appointment and everything went super nice.

Expect lines as long as this EVERY SINGLE DAY at yet another horrible Bank of America location. 6 windows yet only 1-2 employees helping customers as usual. Horrible bank and location.

One of the worst branch in Seattle. Always waited 45min +... they seems to be understaffed most of the times on the tellers but bankers and managers always around. So you telling me running a branch with 1 manager 3 personal bankers and 1 teller is ok??

Long line and horrible service. Never enough cashier even when tons of people working.n(20% people working as cashier the rest will just stay in the back and do nothing.)nnIt seems like they don't care. Because after all, if you open your account there, they get a Commission base on life of your account. (Even if you moved away. and stop using their branch altogether.)nnMy advice is, if you open the account here and don't like the service. PLEASE GO IN and close your account. Re-open it at different branch (at least 6 months later, if you decide you still want to stay with BoA.)nnThen perhaps they will starting to care.
