Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I came today for cash and deposit to my account, I met Tara who is the stupid teller. She wasn’t professional teller and rude, I hope when the manager see my post you can talk to her.

They do not care about the customers safety, they used to have a one-way entrance and a exit at the other end of the bank, worked great for social distancing then they did away with that and not you have no choice but to walk right next to the customers waiting in line, I talked with a rep there and he did not care just said that is the new rule.....means we don't care about your health here.....Just read the response from Bank Of America.....So it is obvious they did not read my post....why even bother responding?

I don’t have an account with this bank,nNot the first time I’m coming here .. for my business..nThe workers here are pretentious, and telling me why don’t you go to your bank.nMore then one time..nnLet me tell you something , I’m not working for you , you are working for me ,nAnd I will never have a bank account with Bank of America, never.nWells Fargo treat me much better,

Posted 1 star only because there is no way to post any LOWER rate!nCame here to turn a check made on this institution, into a cashier's check since you guts can verify the funds and I can avoid any holds or delays once I deposit into my institution. First I had to wait for almost an hour in line for a teller. It turns out the greeter missed me in line and didnt greet me which would have helped me avoid getting to the teller line and be told that sosomeone else has to verify the check. After the funds were verified, I was then turned down by the Manager, Jose. He said the due to the amount of the check they had to refer me to my banking institution. That defeats the purpose of my visit to verify the account and turn the check into a cashier's check... Ridiculous!!!nI will forward this to an attorney!!!
