Had a settlement check that had a small rip in it but all banking info was legible and they said they could not deposit it. I have worked in item processing and no this is a lie. Will switch to another bank rude or bad customer service with US bank.
Customer service was very sub par. You could tell they were not interested in helping me handle a unique request (an international check deposit. I was told to leave and that they would call me once they figure out how to do it, making me come back another time. Pretty annoying
Customer service absolutely horrible....2 customers in line for 40 mins?? 4 tellers in the area just looking cute ,acting like they are on the phone....never ever going there again....dont wast your time.
Good experience, but they seem to go thru people quick
I will never never go back to this place. Not once but twice, their customer services were really really rude especially the latina with glasses. My first time took me 20 mins to wait and when I come in they just busy to chat to others and keep me waiting again. The second time I already book appointment for notary, when I came in she told me to wait for another 20 mins and telling me to go wait inside my car with a really bad attitude. I was really shock with the way she talked to me. Please train your staffs properly.
