Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

I have went to this bank many times and Christina (teller) and Joseph (banker) is always on it. They have helped me in all ways I could think of. My customer experience with them is by far the best I've had at any other bank. Kudos to them for how awesome they are.

This branch and the people that work here are absolutely incredible. I came from several hundred miles away to purchase a vehicle, and after getting caught up at the auto shop, I realized I was going to arrive at the bank a few minutes after they closed. I called the store and described my situation to Christina, and she was able to convince her manager to stay open for me. Had she not done so, I would have driven all of that way for nothing, with no way to withdraw the amount of cash needed to buy the vehicle. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone. Thank you all so much!!

Ist bad review I've ever left. 1st all of staff the staff are very friendly and courteous. Now the bad. Night deposit box closed down more than open. It took 4 trips to get an ATM card. ATM is now holding checks, some up to 3 weeks, so that doesn't work for me either. BOA closes at 4:00, and that is if I can find one open at all. North Durham was closed the last 3 times I went around 11am. Northgate Mall Durham was closed today at 11:30 am. Shannon Rd Durham was closed as well the last 2 times I went. RTP was permanently closed last year. I have called Raleigh Wakefield 6 times today with no answer so I am afraid to leave work 2 hrs early to get there by 4:00 not knowing if they are closed as well. This BOA needs more locations and to get the hours back to normal like that of other banks. It may be to little to late to keep me. I need a bank I can depend on.

Worse Bank to do business with. Every year I send my wife to get 200 new 1 dollars bill to give to kids. This year after my wife waited for 30 min., she was refuse service because her name was not on our company account that we have had for over 40 years since they bought out NCNB. Justin the bank manager said the tellers did the right thing. We have other banks that we use now for new customers because of how we have been treated in the past. We have only kept this account for our older customers. Looking into leaving the bank for good!!!!!!
