Worst bank branch I have ever dealt with... I've now dealt with them three times. I decided to give them one more try today because it's the closest to my home in the country. All I wanted to do was close the estate of a friend who died and made me executrix. Text book simple. Probate is all done. But they wouldn't allow me to do it. They said I had to write out a check to myself and deposit it in one of my accounts. When I have closed other accounts, they simply write the check out and give me a letter saying the account is closed.
Do not open an account with them. I get banking rules and all. But they closed the account during the pandemic. Guess the rules are more important them me buying groceries.
