All the tellers at the Monroe branch are so rude. We opened our business account in indian trail about 15 yrs. ago when they were another name but the monroe branch told us that we shouldnt come to that branch since we actually were opened at indian trail branch. Never had this problem before and never heard of it either.
fabulous customer service. The individual branches make it a point to get to you know on a first name basis and they don’t hold your money like many banks do if they’ve gotten to know you. Had an issue today and they called me after hours to make sure it was handled. You simply put, will not find this type of customer service at many banks....it’s rare. This particular branch in Monroe is amazing
