If only banking could always be this proficient. At the same time, felt comfortable.

Very friendly staff Nubia helped me but there was another lady there who was friendly made me feel comfortable and got the account i needed

This branch has the best staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The team and culture at this particular location is top notch.

Normally a very good bank but, sometimes they mess up my account. for instance, they once again have been penalizing me (high amounts) for my bank statements being returned to them. They said they would do a one time return and for me to sign up for e-statements. I have tried this but, they won't allow it? So i am getting penalized more. I am hoping this stops today.
