I love this vet! I have switched all 3 of my dogs to this vet clinic as the staff are knowledgeable, polite, and will even spend EXTRA time to talk to you or care for your pet when you bring them in. The visits do typically take a bit longer than 30 minutes if it isn't routine shots since the vets are so attentive. From what I've noticed, if it is expected to be a short visit, they do ask you to sit and wait in the parking lot for that entire time and some times what is supposed to take 20-30 minutes takes 45-60, which can get quite boring. But time is the sacrifice you make when you want quality care at an honest and affordable rate.
I've been taking my two dogs to Healing Paws for 3-4 years now, and the staff and Vets have always been caring and kind. Expenses have always been discussed and options made available, which I greatly appreciated. My 15 year Gabby passed away last summer and the staff handled her and us with with extreme care. They're also seeing our three guinea pigs now! Big thank you to Elijah for handling my big boxer so well and the 3 guinea pigs!
This place is horrible sorry not sorry. I am absolutely furious with these people. Why would they sedate my dog and have her almost ready for surgery, so at the end they gave her to me under sedation! When i picked up my baby it was so sad to look. She was completely not functioning. They went ahead did blood work and got her ready for her supposed spayed/teeth extraction which never happened because this place has a lack of communication with clients. Also to my eyes this was animal abuse because she got poked and went through all that pain for nothing. I will never be coming back, worst experience ever! and way too OVER PRICED!!!! (Gladly shes home now resting. When i brought her home she couldn't even stand on her own of how weak she was)!
I LOVE Healing Paws! I care a LOT about animals and domestic pets, and so do these amazing people. If you truly really love pet, I highly recommend this place. They are a little expensive, but the costs are totally worth it.
Love this so place so much! They are always friendly and take great care of my dog and make sure he gets the care he needs. He is actually happy to pull up to the vet!
