Tiffany and Marissa were great. I came in looking for products to start a fish tank and Marissa started getting the items I needed. Then Tiffany came over and took over and fully educated me on the best items I needed to have a healthy fist tank. She was so knowledgeable and really helped me better understand what I am doing since I came in without a clue. I really appreciate both of them taking such good care of me as a customer and providing me EXCELLENT customer service. I will definitely go back to that store for the rest of my fish tank needs. Thank you ladies!!!

The store is always clean and organized, the staff are always so very friendly and helpful, and I can always get in and get out without much ado.

Let me start by saying how good it felt to see that masks were required for OUR OWN SAFETY! Thank you Petco, and Jolene, for checking and gently reminding all customers to put a mask on. I have a 14 year old, 55 pound angel who suffers with arthritis. After speaking with Jolene, she suggested a product that might be helpful. Indeed it was! I will give these chews to Charlie from now on! Thank you, Jolene! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and I felt like she would have talked with me all day for the good of my dogs. The store was clean, neat, and there were associates readily available for all of my questions.nUpon check-out, I was greeted by Lisa who was friendly and speedy. A wonderful experience that I will most certainly repeat!! Well done!

Store had a lot of stock holes. I ordered a 4 pack of Geni-Litter refills for store pickup only to find out they did could not find my order. No problem, I went to the store stock and NO INVENTORY. Bought a 2-pack instead. You lost some $$.

This place is horrible, the fish tanks almost always look disgusting with algae everywhere. The store manager Jolene is rude, and has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. I couldn’t find anyone to help me, so I asked her for help and she turned to me and said in the rudest way possible “Can’t you see I’m busy! I’ll be there when I’m done here!” Rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath. All I wanted was help in the guinea pigs and was going to ask if anyone else was around. In waited 20min, and then I walked out.
