Northwood Medical by far is the most caring family practice in Fayetteville. I highly recommend seeing any of the doctors in this office. Their front staff greets you so personally when you walk in even when I haven’t been there in a while they already know my name and ask me how I’m doing right when entering. I have seen Dr. Sayeh for some years and she feels as though she is one of my best friends and has taken such good care of me. I highly recommend and you will never regret seeing any of the doctors and staff at this office

I've been a patient with Northwood Medical Center for years, having first been recommended by members of my family who are also patients here. There are so many positive things to say about this practice and everyone who works here. As a family practice they provide everything a patient could want in medical care and more. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful...the physicians, technicians, and office staff. The primary care physicians, Dr. Araghi and Sayeh Araghi, are so caring with each patient and make everyone feel like family.They always make time to really listen to each patient's concerns and answer any questions they have. They genuinely care about their patients which is evident in everything they do. The physician assistants who work here are also excellent in the care they provide and the manner in which they treat their patients, which is always positive. The medical technicians and office staff are always helpful, friendly, and personable...no matter how busy they may be. Like the physicians, they go above and beyond to assist each patient and always with a smile. I'm so thankful and appreciative of the quality and manner of care I receive as a patient here and have received over the years, and I highly recommend Northwood Medical Center to anyone needing a primary care physician!

The person that answers the phone lines is very rude. Doesn't give you a chance to talk when answering the phone, immediately puts you on hold and leaves you there. I had to call 10+ times to get what I needed. She had an attitude when she answered like she's the one that's been calling back to back. The voicemail box is also full. I'd expect more from a medical office, very subpar.
