Terrible service. The waitress talked to a person for 10 min who wasn’t ordering anything! No greeting at the door. Tables not clean. They served the white folks very well. They didn’t have to ask for anything! Never going here again. And I tip good, to bad they will never know it!
This is the filthiest Waffle House or any restaurant I have ever eaten at. Waitress was inattentive, playing jukebox, visiting, nowhere to be seen. Had to wait for order to be taken. Food ud83dudc4e eggs, toast sausage cold hard dry overcooked. Waffle and bacon came when done eating, waffle white, ugh! Bacon good. Sign on door said “to go only” short staffed, more like lazy staff, not short. Don’t go here!!!
They have got to do better the only thing they're serving is chicken how can you mess up on chicken. There's been times that I would ask for three legs only but when I drive off I have one leg and two thighs not a thigh lady. Just a reminder when you visit one of these restaurants please check your box before you drive off the gas you save may be your own.
Very terrible customer service over the phone trying to place a order. They place you on hold for over 10min without muting the phone and then hang up without getting your order. When calling back to try to place your order they want answer the phone. This happens ever day to where I would have to order at the hornlake location thanks to hornlake ms
We come here periodically. This afternoon ALL employees were outside smoking. When I asked if the shade could be lowered 3 tables away the cook told me to do it. Another girl offered to help. I am getting over arm surgery. The cook argued with me about which blind should be pulled...I was rightnFood was good ...attitude was terrible.nDoubt we will be back there
