Online purxhase and in store pickup was ok. I was a few minutes early for my pickup and the website would not let me check in. I had to go inside.
1st time there didn't really have anything. Young lady working in the planner section was really nice and helpful. Another customer had her running back and forth in and out of drawers she never complained. Wish I saw her name. But the cashier that checked me older lady could take a lesson from her.
The staff here are extremely knowledgeable. I often bring an item in and they will find the perfect fitting container for it in less than 5 minutes.
Sales person very helpful unlike the Wisconsin Ave store I couldnt get assistance to answer a question after waiting 15 mins I left and a few days later went to Rockville. Hire more staff or close Wisconsin Ave store!
I've been here twice in the past couple weeks, 3 transactions. I bought something that didn't quite fit in my space, so I returned and got something else that did work.nAll three times dealing with staff were awesome. The people who worked there were kind and knowledgeable. The first time I was accidentally doubled charged for part of a build your own shelf unit, and when I brought it up to the cashier during my return she immediately understood and gave the refund without and frustration or grief.
