I am only giving 5 stars to Charles for being such a friendly and helpful associate. The new lady welcoming the customers is also friendly. Additionally, they have really good products and the store is really clean and organized. However, I don’t think I can give 5 stars to the rest of the employees. They are extremely rude and it wasn’t only with me. I’ve been there before, a couple of times, and I witnessed cashiers being rude to other customers.
I love Marshalls, the prices can't be beat. This location is ok, but if you want a bigger selection the Rockville Pike location offers more and is a little easier to shop in, in my opinion. But the staff here is super nice. The greetings as soon as you walk in are always a nice welcoming touch.
Wife favorite store cashier are very good and customer service is great
This place is well organized unlike other location I have been to in DC or Rockville.
Nice store to shop. Prices are competitive. Most of the times even cheaper than Amazon. Marshalls in Rockville, Md. Brand name items available at good prices.
