Much better than it used to be. They definitely cleaned up and hired better staff. Also a great selection, they have stuff that a lot of the other dollar trees don't carry.nnSeems like they could use a few more cashiers on duty sometimes since the lines can get pretty long-- even down the aisles.

This dollar tree is one of the best around! It is usually pretty well organized; but Right now due to the holiday it’s a little chaotic, but that is to be expected especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic. The management is extremely kind and very helpful. Cashiers go out of their way to be friendly and helpful when you cannot find some thing. I am very happy with this Dollar Tree.

The managers have no idea how to properly train all the older and foreign employees on basic cashier skills. I went to get cash back off my card $20 the lady had no idea how to complete the transaction. I did not get my $20 or the lollipop that I wanted and I tried again for the manager she doesn’t even listen to me she said it declined but I have the transaction history in my email. So I asked to speak with a store manager and she gives me a fax number I still want my money and what I payed for

My favorite dollar tree to go to. Most around the area (Rockville- frederick) are so messy, disorganized, staff is lazy and unfriendly. BUT this one is ALWAYS clean, organized, well stocked, and easy/fast check out
