They have streamlined their testing, the drive-thru is efficient, booking is as simple as an email and the results are fast. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. We appreciate all you do and will continue to use this clinic as a resource. Thank you!!

I scheduled an appointment online for a rapid COVID test. I was in the drive through lane for the test which I found easily with all the signs stuck in the medians all around the building. They checked my visit confirmation email, the line went quickly, and the test was completed easily. By the time I got home, I got an email telling me my results. Very easy and efficient and I would come here again if I needed to get tested again.

⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f WARNING ⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0fnPLEASE read this before you decide to schedule a appointment with Dr. Chinedum Olisemeka. I scheduled a appointment with Dr. Chinedum because I suffered from a severe case of Oral Thrust on my tongue. Upon greeting Dr. Chinedum I immediately asked if he would prescribe me some medication for my tongue. I could not tolerate the pain, as it caused me to miss days at work which added to my stress. Dr. Chinedum proceeded to misdignose me an refused to give me the proper medication with a demeanor as if I did not deserve his time, altho he happily took my payment. I found Dr. Chinedum Olisemeka to be one of the most unethical doctors I've ever come across. I did nothing to deserve this type of treatment from him. I ended up going to the hospital to receive proper treatment for my Oral Thrust. It was not easy for me to post this as it's been over a year but I hope this prevents others from receiving the same treatment.

Got a COVID test today 1/28/21. The woman out there working in that cold and wind is a saint. It’s people like her that give the rest of us hope. God bless her and keep her safe

UPDATE: Rapid test results were never received. Swabs definitely were taken for it. Results of PCR were received about 39 hours after the appointment. If it weren't for the abysmal, confusing web portal I would recommend getting tested here. But I just can't.nnHave to say the staff was nice BUT the online portal is far too frustrating to navigate. It simply should not be so irritating and confusing. The process of signing up for a COVID test, which is administered behind the building, is not intuitive whatsoever. After signing up for an appointment time (listed as self-pay though insurance is actually accepted) the user is asked to sign up for a telehealth appointment and asked to take pictures of ID and insurance. The site claims the telehealth appointment will come either before or after the COVID test, but that if you don't want a telehealth appointment then respond accordingly. There is no way to respond other than to click to cancel the telehealth appointment. Unfortunately, not agreeing to the telehealth appointment causes the appointment for the COVID test to be deleted. In which case forms are filled out at the site. It turns our insurance IS accepted. Once having the test, the patient now has to contend with the ridiculous online portal again to keep checking for results. Test taken at 8:15am and no results at 9pm, which I assume is normal. Bottom line, after my experience trying to schedule for a COVID test and use the portal, I cannot imagine going to this location for any actual medical care. If possible, I would go to any other urgent care in the Rockville area. I've been to quite a few over the years and have never had such a frustrating experience with a user interface. To reiterate, though, the two staff with whom I interacted were friendly.
