The emergency room in the hospital is nice and well-equipped although understaffed. The wait time in generally is very long (few hours) but it is expected from the brochure they give out on the registration counter. The nurses are friendly and helpful. I don't think I met the doctors (they supposed to wear white coats as said in the brochure). I got the diagnosis to my unknown problem, which is great, but the diagnosis was wrong. I assume it is just a typo, since the test results indicate that I have hyperthyroidism instead of hypothyroidism as per their diagnosis. Overall, the experience is good. I hope they can reduce the wait time or give me a more accurate estimate of hour long the whole procedure takes. I would not come here if I have a broken limbs or bleeding given the wait time. Urgent care is more suitable and more affordable.
The staff was very caring and the facility was clean. They cared for me immediately. All the lab work , X-rays and vitals performed was with Really good care. All medical staff were very caring, attentive and knowledgeable to my needs. The X-ray tech was very kind and funny helping me feel better. The nurses were very caring. The lab tech drawing blood did a wonderful job as I’m a hard person to get blood work from. The Dr was very caring and listened to me to get the best care to me possible. Thank you to all the heroes in health care that work here at this facility. I’m very grateful for your service.
Beautiful, contemporary building. Dedicated care. Passionate, friendly staff, including front desk (I’ve never experienced anything like it). Thorough triage. A+
I was at this hospital last night for a kidney infection. When arriving at the hospital, registration and triage were very quick and i was brought back to a room almost straight away. Once being placed in the room it was an hour before anyone bothered to come in and see me. I was vomiting, having horrible back pains and my pulse was staying around 145/150's for a good hour. I pressed the nurse button 3 times before anyone came in to see what I needed. After explaining that I was very uncomfortable and nauseas, the nurse told me it was going to be a little while until the doctor comes in as they have a critical patient which I totally understand but she would get an order off the doctor to get me some medicines before he comes in. 15 minutes later after another pain attack the nurse comes back in and says I cant have any meds until the doctor sees me. Finally got my medicines in the end and as my nurse was leaving the room, I asked for the lights off and another blanket and she made me feel like I was a burden and asking too much. She rolled her eyes and laughed at me. Even when i was crying in pain she would moan at me for making too much noise. The doctor I had was very nice and took the time to sit down and discuss results etc with me. The lack of nurses/doctors and the rudeness of some of the nurses really ruined my trip here. Im grateful to have had a good doctor, however I do not need to be made guilty for asking for such minimal things such as a blanket and if patients like me are having to wait over an hour to see a physician or even get any meds with a pulse of 150bpm then they need to hire more staff as that is unacceptable.
My visit with Labor and Delivery went amazingly well. The facility and rooms felt like a hotel. My medical team paid close attention to my health and my baby's health. Even the Environmental staff was kind and helpful. The food that was delivered to us was disgusting but the cafeteria food was tasty and full of culture and that says a lot about a hospital that is in such a diverse area. Kudos to Adventist.
