The Waffler

Sooo much potential but felt it was missing finishing touches. Waffle came with no butter, imagine a whipped cinnamon butter on top to give the waffle extra flavor. Or a house made syrup to set them apart. Instead syrup and waffle are similar to store purchases frozen waffles and syrup. If they focused on making some delicious condiments and seasoning their food a bit more this food could easily be 5 stars. Unfortunately won’t be back as food was just average. Hopefully they take time to refine what they have because there is tons of potential to be amazing.

The Manager/Owner of this establishment is a middle-aged male. This person muttered a sentence twice to me which is did not understand. I have a difficult time hearing things at times. It is unfortunate that I cannot hear as well as most people, however I am not deaf and can usually hear people pretty well if they repeat themselves or annunciate their words to me. This person would not let me speak, as I was trying to tell him I have a difficult time hearing. Instead of letting me speak, he continually interrupted me repeating something that I did not understand basically spouting what sounded like nonsense to me. I tried to figure out what he was saying but it was to no avail as he did not care what I had to say. I eventually just ignored him as there was a young lady that was working the register/till and I let my partner finish ordering whatever she wanted and completed her transaction. The young lady was fine and did her job very well and was quite nice to us, as much as the Manager/owner would allow her to be. If you are going to spout nonsense to your customers, at least be a decent human being and treat them with respect. I would not recommend this place because of the customer service, because it is not welcoming, and it ruined the experience and food for me and my partner. Not to mention that the food was “meh”, but it is way overpriced for a breakfast place. I would explore other options if you could.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we got breakfast to go here this morning. They didn't give us silverware so my dad went back to ask for some. They said it was in the bag. I rechecked and there wasn't any, my dad went back and brought the bag saying there was none. The man then freaked out and said he was going to call the cops and tell them we were smoking with the baby in the car. Our food was cold by the time we got to eat it. Terrible service, I cant believe that is how they treat customers over something as little as silverware.

Just ordered carry out breakfast and it was amazing - service was fast and food was delicious and plentiful for the price. We’ll definitely be back.

Customer service was bad before I even got my food. You can be over paranoid and this place is it. Do not take your mask off to drink your orange juice and the restaurant prefer you eat somewhere other than the 2 tables they put out for the hipsters to slowly drink their macchiato. Wasn’t worth venturing out to somewhere new this time
