Alex Maynes helped me open my business account and was very informative, knowledgeable, and displayed exceptional customer service. My experience is based on the hour spent there with Frank Kalberer, gotta say he's an amazing employee there to deal with. Very professional, very personable, and knew his stuff. I went in there with an appointment to sort out a large list of checking account and credit card stuff.
