U.S. Bank Branch

I have been a customer of this bank for over ten years. I am now on my third branch manager, I do miss the previous managers, I got to know them personally, excellent customer service. Still the same great service, though I haven't met the current branch manager. They have always had courteous and professional employees....alas, they get promoted and go to other branches (that is the same scenario as with the branch managers). There are many choices in the area for my banking business... I will continue to go this branch.

A very friendly bank. The tellers here are nice and a very decent drive through experience.

Huge difference in customer service from the one in downtown Bellevue!! People are friendly, properly trained and efficient!
