Try to call customers service at this location but no one answered the phone

The second day of BOA Tour for opening my accountnwas way excellent than I thought over BOA before.nL***, the small business specialist, she is very formal and kind during all the time till finish new my account baked full !nWas very impressive!!

Terrible customer service. Literally told me they cannot help me and I need to call the number on the back of my card. I’m standing INSIDE Bank of America and they’re telling me I have to CALL Bank of America... doesn’t make any sense. They use bank terms as if customers understand what they’re taking about. I don’t care HOW you do it, just please do what I’m asking. No smiles and made a big deal out of something so easy. By the looks of the other reviews, this seems to be a big problem here..

We spend 30 minutes waiting on the big lane of customers just to drop a deposit. They are so many employees can help the two only cashiers. But instead they look are having fun. Cashiers had the opportunity to be faster and efficient but they are having a long conversations with the customer they are helping. They need to use seance of urgency.nUnfortunately I have to come once in a while to this location and is always the same problem.nManager of this location had to do the job and make the team make a great experience to everyone ho comes to this bank and make us feel welcomes.nHopping this helps to get better to all team and start make changes.nThanks.

This location was in progress of renovation during the recent visit. It was opened to bank customers, but waiting area was limited and dusty. Poor ventilation inside the building, so there was funny smell. Not really a comfortable physical environment. However, bank employees working there were very friendly, kept caring about customers, me included, during my visit. I appreciate the courteous business atmosphere. I understand that the bank location is in transition to another elevation so to provide better service to customers in the future, hopefully. Looking forward to a renovated branch office soon.
